Day 206/366

Disguises of innocence
Trapped along the wall
Somewhere I found myself
Breaking through it all
Unlike what I knew the world to be
Behold the beauty
Truth in its rawest form
Brought out by you
Dream away of infinity
As I sleep in thoughts of hold
Behold the new opportunities
Time's too young
We're getting old.

Day 196/366

Too much information flowing in
No space to pour it out
In words my thought begin to shape
In attempt of poor rhymes.

This is the hardest thing to write
As the time flies by too fast
Too slow it was a few hours ago
The time lapsed watching the stars.

To capture this very second now
A big enough net do I lack
The daunting line stuck in my head-
"Time waits for no one".

Day 30/366

Fantasies in a Library
The idea of being stuck in a library
No longer appeals to me.
For I have been here a tad bit too long,
Awaiting my moment of epiphany.

I once had many a fantasies,
Of being locked up in one one these,
With a gorgeous Greek man (or twenty three),
All ready to simply please.

But the reality of this passing time,
'Tis too slow and dull to bear,
The only thing that may cheer me up-
Is to smoke a cigar with a bear.

Day 14/366

There's often that feeling an inactivity after a long (and what seems prolonged) period of activity. Instead of calling it laziness or relaxation, it should be seen as the time to stop. It's simply that. Everything slows down into a beautiful free movement zone and eventually, ends. Everything must stop. The inactivity could be death for some. Or a new birth. You open your eyes and see that light at the end of the tunnel. But it's too far. It's even too far to move back or run or get out the way. It's just coming right at you and you're still. Time is still. You wake up.
