Day 16/366

An ode to South Indian food
If a rava dosa doesn't tingle your taste buds,
Let appam and stew do it's thing.
With special chutney by your side,
Your meal is a definite #win.

The rasam-chawal combo never fails,
Nor does puliyogare, ghee and podi.
But an absolute must with all the meals
Is a cup of filter kaapi.

A glass of butter milk always helps
To digest the heavy sambar.
But once the payasam is consumed,
There's really no space for more.

    Anyways, mouth started watering already after google-ing 'rasam-chaval, puliyogare' images. I never crossed Idli and Dosa :D Helpful!
